PAST EVENT Introduction to Herbs for Healing - starting Monday 5 June 2023
Join us for a 6-week introductory course in Herbalism and Plant Medicine.
Workshops will be run by an experienced Medical Herbalist, and will provide participants with an understanding of the most powerful and common everyday herbs and how to use them for health and wellbeing. Over the course of informal, friendly and accessible sessions, you’ll gain insight into how the plants that nature provides can be used to treat and manage a wide range of dis-ease, protect our bodies and promote a healthy long life.
Covering a different system each week, participants will build knowledge and understanding of how herbs can support our digestive, cardiovascular, nervous, reproductive, immune, and respiratory systems.
6-8pm, Mondays 5 June - 10 July inclusive

Edwina Daley is a Medical Herbalist who runs her own Phytotherapy Practice and works as part of the academic team at CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine), providing practice-orientated training in natural therapies such as herbal medicine, nutrition, and naturopathy.
