Grounded in reflective and experiential clinical training, my practice, Inner Shine Play Therapy, is rooted in a deeply neuro-affirming, child-led core principle: providing a safe space where children can freely express themselves, process big feelings, and discover their own inner strength.
Practising from this inspiring environment, I blend the nurturing space of the playroom with a holistic, nature-based setting. Whether playing and creating inside or connecting with the grounding rhythms of nature outside, I offer a gentle, holistic space where every child is fully seen, accepted, and supported to heal at their own pace.
