Hi, my name is James and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).  I have a strong professional background, working with adults in Liverpool and across the UK.  I can offer you face-to-face counselling (here at The Changing Rooms) or online (via Teams or WhatsApp) or by telephone, whichever you feel most comfortable with.

I have a lot of lived experience, as well as theoretical knowledge, and you can talk to me about anything at all.  I won’t judge you, will listen to you with an open mind, and can help you progress in your life at a time when you might be struggling.  I charge £50 for sessions lasting one hour.
