Recruitment of Building & Operations Coordinator

The Changing Rooms Building and Operations Coordinator is a key role to help launch, develop and run this element of the business which is part of our wider social enterprise activities.

The Building and Operations Coordinator will run the Therapy Rooms, working closely with the rest of the Growing Sudley team. They will initially help implement the detailed systems and processes required for the operation of the Therapy and Wellbeing Centre and contribute to recruitment of therapists and other business development strategies, and once the Therapy Rooms are up and running, will take care of the day-to-day operations of the building: liaising with therapists and tenants, coordinating maintenance, housekeeping and security, and ensuring the facility is looking its best at all times and meets regulatory standards and codes.

This is a freelance contract of approximately 24hrs per week. The role is home-based with regular travel to Growing Sudley site.
