The Great Pumpkin Make Off is back for the 3rd time in 2023!

Join us for a creative and fun fabric pumpkin making workshop and create an original piece of handmade Autumn décor to take home and enjoy at the end of it.

Our friends at Lucy and Will’s Workshop originally dreamed up this idea after inheriting some fabulous fabrics from Grandmother Gally. Gally’s fabrics are long gone, but making these fabulous fabric pumpkins brings so much joy it’s developed into an annual ritual in the walled garden.

You will be set loose on our range of fabrics, fringing and frills so you can hunt for the perfect bits to make your pumpkins pop!

Step away from the plastics and embrace the perfect Eco Pumpkin to accompany your edible ones. After the festivities, you can either put it away for next year, or disassemble and re-do next Halloween. Fully recyclable, fully reusable, fully fabulous!

Suitable for any age and skill level. Entry is £10 per pumpkin-maker (additional siblings £8).

This is an outdoor event. Please dress suitably for the weather, and bring a rug or blanket to sit on. In the event of particularly inclement weather, we may need to run 2 shorter sessions due to space limitations. We will contact you by phone should we need to do this.
