A first for the Walled Garden - join Sound Therapist Maria from Celestial Sound Journeys for a session to relax, restore and renew your system. Sound penetrates our cells, gives our nervous system permission to relax, and fills our bodies with healing vibrations.

Maria is a fully qualified sound therapist with 7 years’ experience. She is also a published poet who weaves her poetry into her sound baths to create an even more powerful ambience.

You will need to dress in warm clothes, and bring a mat to lie on, blankets, cushions and warm socks to nest in. You should bring water to stay hydrated, and some people like to bring their crystals to charge during the ceremony.
