Fleur Cummings
Trainee Ecological Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist | Indoor & Outdoor Therapy

I offer a warm, relational and collaborative approach to psychotherapy, creating a space where you can explore your experiences with curiosity, compassion and without judgement. I work from an Ecological Transactional Analysis perspective, which considers not only our internal world and relationships, but also the wider environments and systems in which we live.

I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem and patterns that may feel difficult to change.

Alongside traditional indoor therapy, I offer the possibility of working outdoors, using nature and the environment as part of the therapeutic process where appropriate. I believe therapy can be a space to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships and the ways you have learned to navigate the world.

I am a UKCP trainee psychotherapist and work within the ethical framework of my professional training and supervision.
